 Welcome to the BRMS Physical Education and Health Department Home Page! 

Your child has physical education two or three days per week for one semester of the school year. It is very important that they are prepared for class.  Remember, preparation must include and a pair of sneakers and appropriate activewear. If your child chooses to change into activewear for class, they may do so.  Please help to make physical fitness a priority in your child's life.  The Surgeon General recommends 30-60 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
